Established in 1989

We originated in Michigan, but have since re-established for 5 years in Indiana and now proudly are located in Bardstown, Kentucky.

We have llamas for sale, llamas to love and fleece, yarn and llama products for sale.
We were drawn to llamas the very first time we visited a llama farm. Lamas are regal, elegant, inquisitive creatures.

Our goal from the very beginning of our llama love has been to raise and train llamas for every use in the llama community. We have llamas you can breed, show in both halter, performance and showmanship, use for fleece production and fleece competition, and guard and pet quality llamas. We have breeding males as well as breeding females, juvenile and adults available.

Our intention has always been to be a small llama breeder so that attention could be given to each individual llama. Barn check or feeding time always includes a llama head count, check of dung piles for anything abnormal there and a quick visual check of each llama’s head (eyes & nostrils) and demeanor.
We have always found raising llamas to be less time consuming and costly than the horses we were originally involved with. We do all the normal maintenance including shearing for both show and fleece harvesting, once annually vaccinations, twice annually worming and toenail trimming each 2 to 4 months. We are anxious each spring or fall when our crias (baby llamas) are born and delighted when our herd is expanded with the playful darling crias.

As llamas are very herd orientated, their pasture management is easy as well. An acre of land can support 3 to 5 llamas depending on the type of pasture and weather conditions to support that pasture.

Our local mill mixes a grain mixture especially for us and has in fact marketed it to other llama and alpaca farms in our area with our blessings. Free choice clean water and minerals are also constantly available.

Visitors are always welcome and appreciated. Our llama farm is located in the heart of the Kentucky Bluegrass State, just west of Bardstown, Kentucky. We look forward to having you visit and become amazed at the beauty and splendor of llamas.
